SOTA has been a game changer for me. I have tried for over a year to lose weight unsuccessfully. I was eating healthy and consuming less than 800 calories per day. Now with the products and support I’ve lost 10 lbs extremely quickly. I’m actually eating every 4 hours, consuming more calories, have 0 cravings and losing weight. Incredible!
