The people at SOTA has always been very helpful and encouraging on my weight loss trek. SOTA does work and I have not gained any of the weight back in four years.
The accountability of the weekly weigh ins and phone calls was a nice surprise. I was able to reach my goal in 4 weeks and have nothing but good things to say about SOTA. If you take it seriously and follow the program you will have no problem losing weight.
The process works well as long as you stick to the program and get out and walk
