My wife and I decided to do this program together to lose 30# each, with the hope that with both of us doing it together we might have better long term success. Positive and encouraging so far!!
I’m in my third week doing sota and I love it! I’m losing weight and rarely feel hungry. I love how encouraging the coaches are also; they are super supportive and knowing I have a weekly call helps keep me accountable.
