The program is easy enough. The cost plays a significant factor in keep me from "cheating" or straying off the regimen. Support is good along the way. Foods are easily edible and satisfying.
I've been on the SOTA diet for 12 weeks. I've lost 30 lb. I'm really happy with that! I just signed up for another 12 weeks and hope to lose another 30 lb. It took a little while to get used to eating this way, but it's fine now. Once I got used to not eating sugar, it was not a big deal. Honestly, I have not cheated one single time in the whole 12 weeks. It's just not that hard when you're seeing progress and know that if you cheat, you will really set that progress back.
I’m one month in and 10 pounds down. It’s a great program for someone like me who need explicit direction.
There is a method to SOTA's madness. Great formula, Friendly and competent staff, food is not too bad and has a good variety to find the one you like. Results will be there if you have the will power to follow their direction. I lost over 20lb so far in 4 weeks!
This was the best. It was easy, I was not hungry & the pounds / fat just started going away. Also, the ladies that you get a call from every wk are the sweetest most helpful you can get. You can text them any time to ask about something you have a question on. I just wish anyone having issues on weight could go on this program, it is the best.
My initial consultation was great and the nutritionist was so informative. She told me what the next steps were and those steps were implemented just as quickly as she promised. I’ve been very impressed with the thoughtfulness of the program so far. I received my start-up package today and I’m excited to begin!
So far, I am happy. Ready to start my journey towards a new me.
