Knowledgeable, supportive and empathetic Staff. Food (mostly shakes & bars for me) was a good protein meal supplement.

SOTA finally gave me the guidance, help and products to motivate me to stick to my first real diet ever. It’s not easy, but it’s the first time I felt I had the tools to succeed! The SOTA staff in Frisco are incredible and so friendly! If you want to lose weight do this!!

The products work. I'm losing 2 to 3 pounds a week and not suffering at all. I specifically like the different protein drinks and smoothies.

Loving the SOTA program. It is relatively easy to do. I'm not hungry. I feel GREAT! And I am 1/2 way to my goal. The coaches are super supportive and motivating. Very personable. 5-stars for sure!
