Exceeded my expectations! Very easy to follow and the recipes are delicious.
I have had great results thus far. After 5 weeks I am down 20lbs. I have been on multiple meds for many years which caused me to gain a lot of weight as per their side effects. I have tried Noom, g-plan, and others with no results. SOTA is so easy with little adjustment to my daily routine. The nutritionists are exceptional. Thank you!
