I have had great results thus far. After 5 weeks I am down 20lbs. I have been on multiple meds for many years which caused me to gain a lot of weight as per their side effects. I have tried Noom, g-plan, and others with no results. SOTA is so easy with little adjustment to my daily routine. The nutritionists are exceptional. Thank you!

So far so good. Lost 39 lbs in 6 weeks! (Yes, you read that correctly). Staff is great, the food tastes pretty good and the program is easy. Only complaint is I would love to see some of the ingredients of the products change from chemical to natural...(food dye vs natural colorings, etc.), but can't be any worse than the packaged/processed/fast food I was eating before.
