Everyone has been so kind, positive and helpful. My experience has been great. I would recommend this diet to anyone struggling to lose weight and change their lives forever. 20 lbs down 14 to go :) . Thank you Sota.
I'm really pleased so far. Sixteen pounds in 6 weeks. The eating plan was weird for me at first, having to give up soda and sugar, but I'm used to that now. Whenever I have a problem I contact my counselors and they answer me right back. Very happy! Lots more weight to lose, though!
This program really works. I could not have done it without the knowledge I’ve gained from SOTA. It’s truly life changing. The encouragement from everyone has been incredible.
I talked to Adrianna and she was a great help. I am very interested in your program. I plan on trying to start the program in June. I will be able to get back to an exercise program post foot surgery by then. I will also be back from an Alaska vacation by that time. I am not sure if I will need to start all over or if I should try and contact Adrianna.
