I’m just about a third of the way through and I’m very pleased with my results so far. It’s kinda rough in the beginning but once you get going it’s not so bad. I can’t say I’m loving it but with the exception of one week, when I step on the scale every Friday I can see it’s worth it and I find myself looking forward to next week’s weigh in.
So appreciate the counselors helping me with this journey to better health and changing bad eating habits. Love this program!
