The instructions were straightforward and they were there for all questions at any time. We learned how to eat the same as we used to but watching the item brands we select. We finally think we can maintain our new weight.
Adriana and the rest of the team are very professional, friendly amd knowledgeable. they were quick to earn my trust and I can tell that they have real relationships with their clients
