Pleasant, informative, quick and efficient
I felt rushed and I was disappointed that I wasn't being supplied all or most of my food. I asked for an email of the daily chart and I still haven't received it.
Everyone in the Frisco office was great! The first few days are going well.

I got close to my goal. The advisors were great and gave fantastic ideas and ways to think about food and combinations of food and how my body might process it. There were some weeks I wished we would have been more aggressive or figured out what was working well or not working well faster. That could have gotten me to my goal.
