I go to the SOTA in Frisco and it is awesome!
I haven't tasted anything, but 80%+ of the items are things I never eat. AND, on top of the high price of the food - I still have to buy groceries and cook. I haven't eaten cold cereal in 60-65 years. I haven't eaten Pancakes or Oatmeal in 50+ years. This is going to be a difficult 10 weeks to get through. In the box, the protein bars were soupy in the packages... the heat melted them through and they were liquid. Too many items have a sweet component that may be too cloying sweet for my taste. I love the team at SOTA in Frisco! Adrianna, Jen, Erika, and all the rest always greet me with such enthusiasm. They are VERY knowledgeable when it comes to proper nutrition and healthy eating. They always encourage me to stay on track even when I slip a little. If you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off, this is the place!
