Staff In Frisco was very helpful and always enjoyed going in for weigh in’s. The program works very well! I lost over 50lbs in two months!
Always helpful and gives great suggestions
Overall, it has been a good experience. I have found myself being hungry during the day sometimes. But I try to distract myself and drink water or flavored water. I will say some of food items have not been that good in my opinion, but again overall not bad. The weekly calls with SOTA staff have been helpful and encouraging.
The people I have spoken with at SOTA have been very helpful. Looking forward to dropping the weight with the support from SOTA.

I’m sticking to this diet. The communication is non existent. No one has reached out. The food provided has a terrible after taste that makes me feel mildly nauseous. I have some questions about that. Most of it I.just can’t eat. I sent an email to an address I was given but have not heard back. I’m sticking to this diet. I’ve paid a small fortune and I believe it can work If I do but the lack of support from staff is really disappointing.
