Sadly, I have researched more than most people on the different aspects of eating plans and solutions but was not following them. The ladies at the Frisco office took taht into consideration and still offered meaningful ideas to help boost my weight loss journey. I'm almost halfway to my goal weight halfway through the program thanks to their guidance and interaction.
