I am 16 weeks in and have lost 33#. It has been so easy. The plan is easy to follow and the SOTA products are good. I have found that I like a lot more vegetables than I thought I did and miss sweets and junk food less than I thought I would. I love the changes to my body and haven't felt this good or strong is at least 10 years. The support staff at the Frisco and Plano centers have been great and there for every victory and setback and always helpful. The program is expensive but I think it has been worth it

I just started on the SOTA program this week. All the staff that I worked with were extremely informative, helpful and thorough. They took time to answer all of my questions. And I am already dropping pounds!!!
In 19 weeks I have lost 52 pounds. All I have to do is follow the sound advice of the competent staff at the Frisco office. They are supportive, friendly, encouraging, efficient, and loads of fun! I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to join the SOTA Program.
The ladies in Frisco are absolutely outstanding! My wife and I are so happy we made this decision. We feel great, sleep better, I am off BP meds and got to purchase an entire new wardrobe!
Very knowledgeable staff, enrollment process is streamlined and I was able to begin the program within a week of signing up!

Regarding starting the SOTA program: I received my starter kit on Saturday and this morning Tuesday I had my 1st “launch” phone call. I’m impresssd with the “getting started” process so far. There’s no sugar coating of what is required for success and the material is clear about what brings failure. I tried one SOTA product so far in my first meal - it was more tasty than I expected- very good! I particularly like the access to the motivational audio clips - I listened to 3 on my first day.
