You have provided great support and encouragement for the past six weeks. You.directed me to new ways to prepare the SOTA food to give it a new twist. I have lost 19 pounds and am thrilled this works and it is healthy. Looking to reaching my goal of 25 pounds the next 4 weeks.

From the moment I walked in I knew this was the right choice for me. It’s only been a few days but so far I am doing well. The SOTO products are tasty and satisfying. I look forward to adding food into my daily food plan. I know I will be successful at reaching my 20lb weight loss goal! I am hoping it will bring my Cholesterol down also
