So far so good. I'm a bit slow with the weight loss, but I feel like I am losing inches. Lots of energy.
You have provided great support and encouragement for the past six weeks. You.directed me to new ways to prepare the SOTA food to give it a new twist. I have lost 19 pounds and am thrilled this works and it is healthy. Looking to reaching my goal of 25 pounds the next 4 weeks.
