Finally got to visit this beautiful new location! What I loved the most was the staff. Angie was so welcoming and sweet. I have to say, I was initially nervous about getting Botox but the staff just made the entire visit so wonderful! I appreciated Bonnie and Eunice so much for thoroughly explaining the placement of where they'd be injecting and what I should expect. Just wanted to thank both beautiful girls at South Bay Med Spa. Stephany and Angie make me feel welcome every time I walk in the door. Great costumer service and very professional. Both of the girls explained the procedure before they took action and make me feel relax and comfortable. Thank you for making it all about me, at my time of my service. Can't wait for my next microneedling appointment.

I had my first appointment today at South Bay Med Spa Whittier and loved it! Stephany at the front desk was very sweet and knowledgable for my consultation. Eunice did my laser hair removal and was also so sweet. I have had laser hair removal done quite a few times before over the years and this laser was so comfortable I barely felt it. You feel the cooling gel, then what feels like a hot stone massage as the laser starts to warm up over your skin. Definitely looking forward to trying the Coolsculpting next time I come ... read more
