I had my first appointment today at South Bay Med Spa Whittier and loved it! Stephany at the front desk was very sweet and knowledgable for my consultation. Eunice did my laser hair removal and was also so sweet. I have had laser hair removal done quite a few times before over the years and this laser was so comfortable I barely felt it. You feel the cooling gel, then what feels like a hot stone massage as the laser starts to warm up over your skin. Definitely looking forward to trying the Coolsculpting next time I come ... read more

I bought a Groupon for laser hair removal and went in for my first treatment! The laser was like no other. I have gotten laser hair removal many times before and it was painful, here at south bay Med spa is almost painless. It is a brand new location and extremely clean. The girl at the front was super helpful and nice. I will definitely refer my friends. Another plus was that they even offer Groupon like deals in house, so I was able to buy a couple other areas. Thanks again and can't wait for my second treatment.

The entire staff was so warm and inviting and extremely helpful in the treatments I had questions about. The office is new and clean and a very comfortable environment. The staff quoted me on some of the treatments and the prices are extremely reasonable compared to a lot of other places I have gone. I am looking forward to their grand opening and getting my treatments !

I went in for my usual 60 units of Botox for frown lines, forehead, and crow's feet. After the main treatment, the nurse mentioned she had "leftover product" and asked where I wanted it. I wasn't sure, so she suggested a lip flip and DAO injections. Two weeks later, I called for a touch-up because I didn't see any results on my forehead. When I returned, I was told I didn't actually receive the full dose initially, which explains why it didn't work, and I ended up being charged extra to add more.
