Geeat experience Everyone was friendly and offered to help from the first step I stepped in. Greg, my salesperson, was great at following up but not pushy. The process was smooth and haggle-free. The dealerships was clean and good Espresso machine was a plus.

Replace chrome wheel and install trim My service coordinator, Luis Nieves, efficiently orchestrated the prompt exchange of a chrome rim that I had scratched and also replaced a door trim strip that had become damaged. The timely service took about two hours to complete. I will continue to have all my Lexus servicing performed at South County Lexus. Their staff is very professional, prompt and thorough. I would highly recommend using their service.

Pleasant experience in purchasing the Lexus ES350 On 5/10/16 I called Lexus Sales to get basic information of a new car. Maria answered. She was more than anxious to answer all of my questions. Maria was honest, friendly and pleasant over the phone. I asked for a particular colors of the ES 350. She said that she did not have one available now however if I could wait she will have the car I want within 8 to 10 days. I agreed to wait even though I had an Avalon LTD awaiting my approval. High score on this car buying experience I went to South county Lexus through Costco car buying program and there was no need to haggle. Great customer service and well organized lobby including beverage section . Maria Moayed helped me with professional manner. Two thumbs up for her and my car.

Excellent Service Kevin was extremely helpful during my recent service visit. In addition to being on top of all my requests, he has an excellent attitude and demeanor. I actually enjoy going to get my car serviced, which is a much different experience than any other dealership I've ever dealt with.
