Always a great experience... from the friendly welcome in service, yummy drinks offered while you wait for your service advisor, the adorable gift shop, and of course awesome service advisors... I have had the pleasure of working with Tim Rau in service and recommend him.
South County Lexus service team is stellar. They provide reminders, ease to make appointment, provide loaners and a team to get you checked in and on your way. And if you have time to stay a bit they have a great gift shop.
