Great Service I'm really satisfied with service. They don't have part to replace with broken one but ordered it for me. It takes just a few days and they set an appointment to fix it.
New care purchase made easy There are four pieces in play when buying a new car. South County Lexus made all four easy and efficient. The sales person to identify the type of car we wanted; the GM to find the car and have it delivered; the finance person to complete the paperwork; and the delivery specialist to go through all of the features. Everyone was professional, friendly and efficient. My best new car buying experience.
Customer service ranks high Prompt, courteous, knowledgable and experienced, I brought my RX350 in for regular maintenance and mentioned I had heard a humming noise at times. They ran diagnostics and found the source of the noise. They gave me a loaner vehicle to use until the part could be replaced the next day. The following morning, I received a call telling me the part was replaced and the car was washed and ready to go. (All under warranty.)

Lexus RX 350 follow up service Found issues that were not caught by Toyota Tustin when used vehicle was sold to me. I am now having Toyota fix what they should have before selling vehicle to me, thanks to Lexus' thorough inspection.
