Great customer service The reasons I like this service dept is because I can drop off my car at any time I choose, the car is ready in an acceptable period of time, the car runs great, and it comes back to me clean after a good wash.
Internet Manager - Charlie = A+ Charlie was very professional and enjoyable to work with. He was very patient and showed me any car that I wanted to see. I will buy my next Lexus from him.

Wild, exciting, Amazing I first was looking online. Submitted an inquiry for a vehicle. Greg Called me from internet sales. Told him I already know what I want. Color white, interior red. Lets talk numbers. We went back and forth for a while when I came in. They explained the leasing options to me. At first I didn't really get it. First time leasing and first time new car. Finally explained everything to me till I understood. Walked me through the car and then I was out. Rolling around in my new car. Excellent service.
Great Service , I recommend the service department as they were on time and updates me on constant basis. Eric was great and did his best to have my car ready sooner.
