Very efficient and thorough. This is our sixth Lexus, last four from this dealership. They go out of the way to make both the purchase and service experiences very positive.

Dedicated to serving the customer I have leased several vehicles from South County Lexus and always have the service performed by this dealership. The service manager, RGD is terrific. He lives nearby and always picks my vehicles up, leaves a loaner vehicle and returns them. I love the service and the convenience!

Fast, flexible, efficient Eric is great, he explained what I needed, showed me pictures and the repairs were done thoroughly. Love these guys. I am also so glad to have purchased a 90,000 mile warranty. It is well worth it.

60K Maintenance Service Had the 60K Maintenance Service because we'll be driving to AZ next week and I like to know that my vehicle is in perfect working order before a road trip. I trust South County Lexus to make sure the HS250h will make the trip. Prices for repairs are on the high side and I can find better prices at Auto Care Experts in Mission Viejo. South County Lexus will meet the competitors prices. Shop around before approving repairs.
