Major maintenance took 3 days so received a loaner car. Great phone communication. Nice breakfast snacks and coffee. Service technician explained the work to be done before and after service. The estimated price was close to final price. Nice car wash

All of the staff was warm, knowledgeable and listened carefully to us. The trade-in and buying experiences were explained well. All questions were respectfully answered. We were very satisfied with the process.

Had a wheel bearing going bad. Service Writer Cruz handled everything perfectly, explaining the process of getting approval from Lexus to replace bearing. Notified us immediately when approval came, and monitored the replacement thrughout. Great handling by the dealer and Mr. Cruz!

Lexus in Mission Viejo isn't luxury; they are okay. They need to have better service at your car wash (it's always a 7), open your door for you, better customer service, offer water, walk you into the waiting room, and act faster. It's not like my service at Mercedes, when I had them. They were upbeat, professional, and treated you like family, no matter what the questions or problems. Always subject a loaner car, coffee etc...
