My service advisor Alex Cruz went above and beyond to make my experience great. He walked me through everything that needed to be done, including a recall for a rear camera issue. Explained what my extended service included and what the recommended 25K service, would cost in addition. He also was able to fit me in for my 6 month Zaktek service keeping me from having to come back and wait twice for service. Was able to offer me a bit of help with the overall pricing of service, was friendly and very helpful, supportive.
