I recently purchased a new vehicle from South County Lexus. Jeffrey Rawitch, also known as JR, came out to greet me within minutes of my initial arrival. I was pretty impressed with high level of customer service I experienced as well as the hassle-free purchasing process. JR really made the experience as pleasant as possible and for this I felt it necessary to write a quick review.

Best Experience! I dealt directly with Matthew and I have to say that this was my best experience in looking to buy a vehicle. Matthew was upfront and answered all my questions directly. He didn't pressure me and didn't try to do a bait-and-switch as is typical with other dealerships when they don't have the exact vehicle that you want. He was very thorough and I didn't have to email him more than once on any given question - he always responded on point. I was looking for specific features in a vehicle and this dealership had it. After putting the request in online, J.R. called me right away. He was very sweet and patient with me, answered all my questions. We were able to start the application process over the phone. I drove down there and test drove that bad boy. Excellent Service- Huge Thanks to JR!! J.R. Rawitch did an amazing job helping me get my dream car. After completing my finance paperwork we came out to see JR, but he was nowhere to be found. Turns out he was out in the street helping the guy unload my new LC 500 making sure nothing happened to my baby while they unloaded her. He also took a picture of it on the trailer before they unloaded it and sent it to me, that was very impressive. This is how it's supposed to be!!! JR Rawitch was my sales associate. He conducted our time together with an ease and efficiency that made it like visiting an old friend.
