Very disappointing. 60k service at $1300+ for fluid changes and spark plugs and the car came back with a warning light. Took the car back and got excuses about coincidence and some additional charge (which I didn't have the service). I've been using this Lexus dealership since 2015 but I won't be back. Poor customer service and a real lack of caring about customer satisfaction. I'll vote with my dollars and go just about anywhere else.

Horrible customer service. No help at all and left completely dissatisfied. Been a lexus owner for 8 years and left a very bad taste in my mouth. Brand new tire had a blowout in the first 2 weeks of purchasing my new lexus. No new tire available No discount offered No empathy no care at all. Disappointed
