Ice experience, but cost way too much :-(
I had An appointment confirmed for June 1 atAM with a friend for a scheduled test drive, only to be told the vehicle might have been sold. As we waited I noticed someone with a battery jump pack and jokingly suggested the cars needed jump-starting before being sold. After purchasing my car and driving home, it wouldn't start when I tried to move it. A message indicated a low battery, and AAA diagnosed it as defective, just two hours after my purchase. Three attempts for a resolution ignored.
The service itself was very good, but I don't like the new set-up for waiting guests. There used to be tables and chairs where people could do work while they waited for their cars. Those tables and chairs are gone, and looks like more couches have been added. I probably had to wait about 2 hours for my car (I got their a bit early, not a big deal), and had to try and work on the couch - I saw two other persons with their laptops out trying to balance them on the arm rest as well.

They normally do a great job, but said they are unable to install CarPlay in our car . It's hard to believe they cannot upgrade a $65,000 car to use CarPlay ? What kind of software are they using ? Extremely disappointed.

The service was excellent and Scott Monge has always been top notch. The new problem is that management has started to bring the finished cars to a line upfront. If I'm not out there instantly, then the car is pulled around again. My car was started no less than 5 times while I was investigating future service needs. This new procedure is not an improvement but an annoyance. It should go back to the previous method of just parking finished cars and let the customer go to his car when finished.

I was pressured into a lease of a 2023 RZ with multiple discounts. I was given no instructions on how to operate the charging of the car, where the electrical wire even was, how to charge it and options on the charging. Brought it back in less than 20 hours and had driven less than 20 miles. The dealership was uncooperative with my plight even after a 30 year history of buying & leasing Lexus cars. Beware they are trying to get rid of these EVs that hold less than 180 miles on a charge.

Service advisor didn't provide detail breakdown of car issues and cost to fix it. Was just a given a quick verbal advisement of car issues. I also didn't get a check list of services performed by the technician like I used to before. For the money I paid for oil change and lack of service, I am better off going to a local mechanic shop. Disappointing.
