We had a choice of buying tires at American Tire, right down the street or at Lexus last month. The tire pressure signal went on and the tire pressure was a little off. I had my wife go in to balance the PSI and the guy said we dont need to even if the lite is on. I now wish I would have bought tires at American Tire. Other than that Lexus is a 10! Fantastic service!

I was very disappointed with how the service turned out. I received my paperwork from the dealer when I picked up my car. They told me my battery was fine, 2 days later I had to replace my battery. Adjusted my brakes, now they squeak when I drive my car first thing in the morning. Wont be going back and totally overpriced

I took the vehicle for inspection of notification on the panel of a malfunction in the 'air bag system". I DISCLOSED TO THE SERVICE PERSON DURING OUR DISCUSSION THAT THE CAR HAS BEEN IN IN AN ACCIDENT (A HIT ON THE REAR END OF MY CAR) ON APRIL 21, 2022. THE NOTIFICATION FIRST APPEARED APPROXIMATELY 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THIS VISIT - APPROXIMATELY 4 MONTHS SINCE THE ACCIDENT. Price of brake pad installation is not worth a $1,000.00 paid and did not fully inspect braking system. Personally had to replace the rotors due to shimmy during braking.

I already completed this surgery but keep getting reminders. I previously said that overall my service and service rep were fine with the exception that my loaner car was very dirty inside and had to be vacuumed before I could drive it. When my personal auto was finished, it was dirty inside and my service rep had to detail it himself. Additionally, the outside of the car didnt have a good washing and there were several pollen and bird droppings on it. I had to clean the exterior myself.

All went fine but they dont know much abt Tesla owner transfer and we had to call multiple time to get the transfer done from previous owner. They have added back name plate of Lexus and that destroyed the black plate and Tesla ordered a replacement and that costed us unnecessarily.

Not a pleasant experience at all. Right after the service (a few hours after), my windshield cracked. I am still driving the car with cracked window for more than one month due to short of glass. What can I say?
