Lexus called me to let me know an ordered part had arrived. They scheduled me go in. It took them one hour to let me know they had ordered the wrong part. Waste of time.

I was permitted to & escorted to see the vehicle during the detailing process. I noticed there was a clear coat (thin plastic-like) protective cover over the hood & other areas of the vehicle that protected the paint when I initially inspected the vehicle. I was asked if I wanted to purchase it for another $5k. I said no because it was ALREADY ON THE VEHICLE when I saw & test drove it. I bought the it as-is, but you guys took it off by the time I came back to pick up my car. SHADY & UNETHICAL

I asked to deactivate the oil change warning on the display. They told me they will do it. It is still popping up. I am disappointed.

Horrible. You lost a customer. I was a service advisor and a service manager in the past and this was just a bait and switch. Quick talking bull. Exactly why people dont take their vehicles to dealerships.

Senior Service rep and mechanic did not do much or anything to find out what was wrong with my car . They didnt listen to what I told them as they asked questions that I had already explained. Went to another mechanic and got my car repaired

i was very upset with the service. I expected better from Lexus and that is why I pay more to get my oil changed there. I told them I would be waiting in the waiting room for my car as I had other things to do for the day and wanted my car back asap. Later I noticed my car in the yard all clean and ready for me to check out. I went to the office to pay my bill and leave but was unable to do so as the person who checked me in was out to lunch and no one else could help me-a terrible setup
