So easy! Jason Thomas, from the internet sales department, was exceptionally helpful and the dealership overall was beautiful. The whole process was really easy and made buying a car actually enjoyable. I would absolutely return to purchase my next vehicle.
Excellent Service! I came in to replace a windshield wiper blade and was treated like royalty. The service rep and General Sales Manager provided excellent customer service and attention to detail. They not only replaced the torn wiper blade but ensured that the entire wiper arm and mechanism were functioning properly.
Easy Peasy Kristopher was polite, friendly and precise. In at 130pm out by 3:30 pm as I was told. Lounge was well stocked and plenty of reading material.
Ted is the best I have bought two new cars from Ted and he is the best, most honest & trustworthy salesman I have ever met. I would totally recommend Ted & MV Lexus to anyone who’s looking for a new car. Ted also set me up with a tech guy (I’m sorry I can’t remember his name right now) but he was super nice & patient & knowledgeable. And BTW, Larry in finance was so nice and knowledgeable and created such a welcoming atmosphere that doing the paperwork was a joy.
Everything as expected First routine service but was treated like an long time customer. Nathan was gracious and pleasure to work with. He told me the service would take a little over an hour and almost on the hour he let me know the service was complete. I will definitely ask for him again.

Best purchase experience Greg Holley was very professional and guided the purchase process seamlessly. Ryan Hanson was organized and didn't waste time completing the paperwork. Amadeusz was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every feature. Then entire process took less than 2 hours from the time I arrived at the dealership!
