11 Star Service I was extremely happy with the service I received. They got me in and out so quickly, and my schedule was very packed, so the great customer service made me very happy. I couldn't believe how efficient everything was. The service was absolutely incredible!

Great Customer Service This is our second car we leased from South County Lexus because of their outstanding customer service. They have a top notch sales, finance and service staff that cater to your needs making sure every base is covered. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy and all your questions are answered not trying to sell you more than you want or need! I am sure we will be back in three years to lease our third car from South County Lexus!

The royal treatment 👑 Hassan, our Customer Service Tech, thouroughly explained what needed to be done for my Lexus. He graciously answered my questions and was very efficient in moving my car into service as well as retrieving a loaner car for me. He PROMPTLY called at the promised time to let me know my car was ready for pick up. No surprising hidden costs and a free car wash! All in all a great experience for me!

Tustin Lexus vs. south county Lexus I bought my gx470 at Tustin Lexus and for its first scheduled tune up , I took it to Tustin. They were the rudest people I ever dealt with!! At the time I had my infant son in his carrier. I didn’t even get the door held open for me by the service associate. Vowed never to go back and never have. Very nice Dealership I called Joe Cram about a 2017 RX 350 and I needed more information. I live in Las Vegas and he knew it would be a while before I got to Orange County, but he did not hesitate to do the research that I needed to feel confident enough to buy the vehicle.
