Exceptional experience I have never ever had an experience buying a vehicle like this. The salesman Brad Merda , answered all my questions I had and was patient with me, as I’m not a teck with computers. His follow up, three times, was surprising, and well received. Excellent experience, long distance purchase I was skeptical about a long distance/sight unseen purchase. Joe Cram was extremely helpful! sent any additional pictures and information I requested and went above and beyond, especially when you consider I wasn't buying a brand new car. New Lexus RX350 Thanks to David for his help in finding us our 2017 Lexus RX350 and for coming into the dealership on his day off! Great Service and nice leasing experience We leased a Lexus and was very please with our experience. They were very helpful and answered all of our questions. We thought the finance guy talked a lot but by that time we were tired because it had been a long day. We were pleased with David Stea, our salesman who came in on his day off because that was the only day we could do it that week. The dealership showroom is clean and comfortable. Very good service Very prompt, customer oriented, knowledgeable. Appointment system worked well. Only concern I had was no body was able to answer the calls at Service Department.

Outstanding Very thankful I brought my car to South County Lexus, and it’s closer to home. They covered and handled things the other dealer brushed off. Wished I had started here. Mike Mc Cann kept me informed and was sooo pleasant and helpful. My certified Lexus with very low miles had MANY problems, but he had them all fixed at no cost to me.
