Overall Best Dealership I lease all my cars from South County Lexus at Mission Viejo because of the excellent experience in working with their Retention Manager. J.R. helps us get the car, options, accessories and price we want and orchestrates a very efficient process from arrival at the dealership to driving away in the new car. Excellent and geniuine customer service. We were immediately greeted by Ted when arriving at dealership. We only had plans to look but after working with Ted and finding what we wanted we moved forward with purchase. The sales experience was very simple and professional.
