Hassan always does a great job and is super friendly. He doesn't force unnecessary service but rather advises what you may need in the near future. He was so helpful in working with Lexus to honor my warranty in a unique situation.

I liked that they a good job re-applying Zaktek and vacuuming the inside of my car. I didn't like that the service agent, Adam, took my entire key chain instead of just removing the skeleton key. He should not have taken my house key.
