I was very happy with my purchase from your dealership I wanted a simple sale and got it, I loved the no haggle price, the car was exactly as advertised and completing the sale was a breeze. Brian and his staff in the finance dept was great to deal with and got me through it fast. I had a few personnel requirements to but the dealership made them all happen. answering survey Daven Anthony isalways is friendly, polite and keeps me in touch of the service being done and needed on my Lexus. I am always given a nice and clean loaner car.

Nice people who work hard I had an Evap system fault on my Lexus that hadn't been fixed by two places in the Bay Area. As I was in OC for a few days I put it in for repair at SCL, it was obviously tricky but Ronnie (service advisor) and John (technician) got it done, not without a lot of effort, but they did what they said they would do. I was really happy to finally have it fixed again.

Customer Centricity Defined Matt is not your typical slick sales guy: he's professional in his approach to product knowledge, value propositions, competitve positioning and the customer. Most sales guys could learn from him. Importantly, the South County Lexus experience is more than just the sales interaction. Customer Service, reborn The dealership has an old school philosophy of customer service that I thought was long gone. I knew exactly the model, color, and accessories that I wanted. It was not in their inventory, but they worked a dealer trade for the car I wanted. I would highly recommend South County Lexus, and only this dealership, to anyone considering a Lexus purchase

Always a first class service Every time I pull up to bring my car for servicing, I am immediately attended to while I wait for my service point person. I can relax in the lounge and they will come find me when they are ready to take me in (if they aren't already when I pull up). Nice getting a break down of what needs to be done and also prioritized on need versus wants. They always have my best interested in mind, especially cost! Never a disappointing visit.

Matt was great to work with. Matt met us at the dealership and gave us a great experience. I was comfortable with his approach from the very beginning. I am a researcher and the deal they gave me was beyond great. The whole process from beginning to end was handled very professionally. Thank you!!!! We started off looking for a used car but by the end the deal was so good for a new car that we couldn't refuse. My wife is beside herself with excitement. Only the second new car she has ever owned.
