Found myself at Powers Pet Emergency for the third time yesterday. This was the most serious case yet. Our small poodle was attached by a pack of Coyotes, whom I chased off after about 15 or 20 seconds, the injuries were pretty extensive, cracked ribs, bite injuries and a punctured diaphragm. The staff responded very quickly since fortunately they weren't too busy when I brought him in. This hospital was great. They took cassanova back right away because he was panting (not good if a cat is panting). They took great care of my baby and kept me posted to what they were doing. Thank you so much to the staff for all they do.
Very efficient! Took my dog back, induced vomiting and put me in a room quickly. Waited while she puked up everything and went home with clear instructions. Reasonably priced!
The staff is wonderful, Very caring & friendly. It would be nice if they had a payment plan for the cost of the care they provide, however, I can understand their position on payment due at time of service.
Cosmo my Choc lab has been here twice. I love this place. I have always been treated fair with way reasonable costs. I love how they treat every pet like they are their own family members. Thanks guys and gals!
