Place is a joke rack bill up and don’t do anything to help my dog but want 5,000 for sugary and don’t offer a payment plan also paid for a parvo test I never should of had done they shoulda told me since he’s a pup he could still have it even if it’s neg I’d never recommend or take any of my other animals here ever

We brought our cat here for a visit due to her symptoms. We waited for about 5-6 hours until they decided to see her, (they were taking in other pets that arrived HOURS after we got there, her case was an EMERGENCY.) My fiance stayed until 11 after they finally brought her in and evaluated her. Well, she ended up needing emergency surgery. I have a Belgian Malinois. I have taken her to PPES twice both during Covid. The first time they were great. Let me in with her & we spoke to the vet. Tonight we waited for over three hours (after an hour drive) and they tell me I can’t go in after they told me over the phone I could. Can’t speak to the vet. Can’t ask questions. I have no idea what they are doing with my dog. She has had bad experience with vets before & has anxiety when separated from me. My dog had been sick for two days and appeared to be in pain. 4 hours before her scheduled appt at her vet she started shaking, and breathing rapid and shallow so I took her to Powers Pet ER wanting her to get examined faster. I arrived just before noon and was told she was stable, and was 4th in line to be examined so it would be awhile. I called at 2:30 just to get an update on her and was told no one had seen her yet as there had been other emergencies that pushed her back, "sorry". RecommendedWe had our dog into Powers Pet Emergency and we couldn’t have asked for better care and service, she was there for 3 days and we have been lucky enough to bring her home....... This is where the good part of the review ends....we are told a newer employee made a mistake and put our check through as an ACH check and then put the same check through for a deposit...we still do not have our money back in our account and believe me it was not a small amount, it has been almost 10 days and all we get is a bunch of run around.....o... read more

My son’s dog was taken here blood in stool. Charged $500 for X-rays and don’t know what is wrong. Sent the puppy home without relief. Wanted to charge another 500 for blood work. A person who cares wouldn’t have let this puppy go home

I had the absolute worst experience here. I will never take another animal here again. Ultimately my cat had to be put down after being put through many unnecessary procedures. If you have a cat take it somewhere else. I truly believe if I wouldn’t have taken my cat here she would still be alive.
