We called about getting a pet in for a possible issue with eating a house plant. THEY WERE USELESS!!!!!
We had to wait a couple of hours before even seeing the vet tech. Everyone was very friendly but it took an incredibly long time. Our whole visit was almost 4 hours. Our cat had a UTI, but they were unable to get a urine sample even though she was constantly peeing on the towel I was holding her on. They also said she needed an ultrasound to determine if she had a bladder mass, but the ultrasound tech was not in that day.
I am grateful for the service for my dog being treated her for a UTI. I also appreciate the price for an ER visit at $75.00. What I was frustrated with was the NINE hours I was there. Also the inability to draw blood (I have a dog who has many blood draws, so I understand it being more difficult but still they took almost 1/2 an hour) and them not telling me to NOT take her outside because they hadn't done the urine test yet. Worst vet ever. All they want is money, they dont care about you fur babies! I will NEVER come here! Staff is rude, by far the worst ive ever heard of!!! Do yourselves a favor amd do not go here, go to the other emergency vet off nevada. Staff there is wonderful!

Not happy at all !!!!! Waited almost two hours to be put in a room then another hour for a nurse to come in then another hour for the Dr to see my dog. Her visit ( I wouldn't call it an exam) lasted maybe 15 minutes and said basically my dog needs surgery at a cost of over $ 1200. Or she would sent us home with antibiotics and see how he does? From surgery to antibiotics ??????? I asked for a biopsy to see what I was dealing with, she said she would do an X-ray at a cost of almost $700. Absolutely ridiculous !!!!!!!!! I... read more
I really wish there was an option for 0 stars. I understand this is an ER and a wait is expected. But every single time I have come here has been a negative experience. The Drs I have dealt with have started out friendly. But when I refused what they wanted to do their attitude changes and it feels as though my pet no longer matters because the money coming in isn't as good as the room next to me.
