We arrived at 6, didn't leave till 10. Our cat had jumped off the table and landed wrong, dislocated his ankle. He had to have X-ray's and a cast. We were the only people there when we arrived so why it took 4 hrs I have no idea. My cats front legs were shaved, and it was he's back right leg that was hurt....so no idea why his legs were shaved. It wasn't the worst vet I've been too, but Ive definitely been to better.
I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes and never saw the Dr. By this time my regular Vet's office had opened so they got me right in. What a waste of time, never again. Terrible
This place sucks. Waited for three hours and there was no one in the lobby
Although this clinic has the resources to care for our furry loved ones, they are very expensive. I understand they're great at what they do, however, not many of us are made out of money. It's difficult to conclude whether they care for our pets or the money. Our normal vet doesn't charge us as much to care for our pets, however, in this place, they do. We compared charges to this place and our pets normal vet clinic, with the same treatment our pet received, and our normal vet charged far less than this place. Not to ... read more
My daughter's best friend was attached two nights ago n we took him to powers pet emergency care in Colorado springs n even though he needed immediate Eye Surgery they discharged him in this condition because we didn't have insurance n couldn't afford the surgery up front. I never knew people could be so heartless let alone a vet.. we posts pictures of our poor Remy in his condition n have also started a go fund me account for Remy eye surgery to hopefully get him the help he needs asap. Please share to bring awareness. .
