Brian is a buyer's dream -- prompt, knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. As a first-time home buyer he helped me answer every question, whether small and inconsequential or large and complex. The best example I can provide of his level of service is this -- I emailed him for the first time on a weekday afternoon about 10 minutes before I was meeting with my realtor for the first time. Kris was amazing! We switched to him right when our offer was accepted and he helped us get everything done in time for our closing! From the first time I spoke with Kris I felt so comfortable with him handling things for us. We had a few hiccups along the way (mostly with my husband and his student loans) but Kris always called us with the problem and the solution. Jeff and his group were absolutely amazing! Jeff met with us and went above and beyond to assure my husband and I got the approval for our Rural Devolpment loan! I would highly recommend him, and if I had to do it all over again I'd go with Jeff and STM in a heartbeat!

Mr. Webb was referred to me by my realtor friend and I am very happy that she introduced me to him. He was great to work with and so was his staff. Anytime I had question he was there to answer my question and if he wasn't available he had his assistant Chelsea contact me and she was wonderful to work with as well. He really went above and beyond to help us purchase our first home. I have already recommended him to some of my friends who are ready to purchase a home.

This was our first home purchase and we had no idea what to expect or where to even begin. Ryan and his assistant were very knowledgable and willing to walk us through everything we needed to do. Our situation was very unique, living in one state and purchasing in another without even seeing the house. Ryan took the time to explain the process from start to finish and kept us up to date on progress. I highly recommend him. He seems like an all around good guy!
