Bill is very professional and very thorough. Communication was top notch and key to keeping this process moving forward. Laura Glasby was the perfect person for us. She knew her stuff and made sure we had all our documents ready before they were even needed. It made the mortgage process SEAMLESS. Her communication was on par, and any question was answered almost immediately.

Brian is a fantastic lender! We have worked with him over the course of several months; he is very available and highly responsive. We had many concerns during the home buying process, but he was always amenable ot working through things with us and extremely trustworthy. He is also knowledgeable, patient, and hardworking. He operates with a lot of integrity and I highly recommend him!

As a first time home buyer, I was more than a little leery of the whole situation. Kris immediately put me at ease by answering all of my questions before I could even ask them and even answered questions I didn't know to ask. He was referred to me by some friends that bought their first house with him almost 10 years ago, so he has plenty of experience and it shows.

Brian is a buyer's dream -- prompt, knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. As a first-time home buyer he helped me answer every question, whether small and inconsequential or large and complex. The best example I can provide of his level of service is this -- I emailed him for the first time on a weekday afternoon about 10 minutes before I was meeting with my realtor for the first time. Kris was amazing! We switched to him right when our offer was accepted and he helped us get everything done in time for our closing! From the first time I spoke with Kris I felt so comfortable with him handling things for us. We had a few hiccups along the way (mostly with my husband and his student loans) but Kris always called us with the problem and the solution.
