I was very grateful that I chose to work with Tim for the purchase of our home. He is very responsive and even answering my request on a Sunday night. He really made the process easier and flawless. He is very knowledgeable and answered ALL my questions. It was a pleasure working with Tim and I would definitely recommend Tim for anyone looking for a loan.

Brian is very responsive with phone calls or email, and is helpful and knowledgeable with all questions you may have. He explains things in simple, straightforward terms and shares what he thinks would be best for your unique situation. This is the third time I have worked with him with either a closing or refinancing, and will go back to him for services if needed in the future.

I have all positive feedback regard Rob Turner. He went above and beyond our expectations. We had a tight timeline to make things happen and he delivered. Efficient, effective and responsive - Rob and his staff made our loan home happen. At very challenge, he clearly detailed what was needed and by when. The process was certainly stressful, but Rob remained focused and driven. In the end, we closed on time with the terms we needed. I highly recommend working with Rob!

Jake was an absolute joy to work with. He was patient with all of our questions and concerns and was never "pushy" with our decisions. He responded incredibly quick via email and if he felt like we needed a little more guidance he would pick up the phone to go over things in more detail. Jake was really great to work with. We selected a very challenging and highly scrutinized renovation loan, and it was a lot of work for Jake and his team to make sure the paperwork was worked out. He was extremely helpful throughout the process, answering all of our questions and always responding to texts or emails in a very timely manner.
