Tim is probably one of the best loan officers I have worked with! He walked us through everything, step by step, and made sure that we knew what we were getting in to. Jeff Jackson not only helped me buy my first house, but he was the reason why I could buy the house of my dreams. He was very professional and extremely responsive. On many occasions he spent more time, than what was probably required, to help me understand the complicated loan process. I peg myself as being a little high maintenance, and Jeff never shied away from my needs.
