I have all positive feedback regard Rob Turner. He went above and beyond our expectations. We had a tight timeline to make things happen and he delivered. Efficient, effective and responsive - Rob and his staff made our loan home happen. At very challenge, he clearly detailed what was needed and by when. The process was certainly stressful, but Rob remained focused and driven. In the end, we closed on time with the terms we needed. I highly recommend working with Rob!

Jake was an absolute joy to work with. He was patient with all of our questions and concerns and was never "pushy" with our decisions. He responded incredibly quick via email and if he felt like we needed a little more guidance he would pick up the phone to go over things in more detail. Jake was really great to work with. We selected a very challenging and highly scrutinized renovation loan, and it was a lot of work for Jake and his team to make sure the paperwork was worked out. He was extremely helpful throughout the process, answering all of our questions and always responding to texts or emails in a very timely manner. My wife and I worked with Brian to finance our first home purchase. All of the reviews about his being prompt, thorough, professional and efficient are highly accurate. I have heard horror stories from friends about the underwriting process. Ours was a easy. No surprises or unreasonable requests for documentation.He also explains the steps of the loan process very clearly and always responds promptly to questions.

Tim has the advantages of being young; he is energetic, dedicated, and determined to make a name for himself in the business.
