My wife and I worked with Brian to finance our first home purchase. All of the reviews about his being prompt, thorough, professional and efficient are highly accurate. I have heard horror stories from friends about the underwriting process. Ours was a easy. No surprises or unreasonable requests for documentation.He also explains the steps of the loan process very clearly and always responds promptly to questions.

Tim has the advantages of being young; he is energetic, dedicated, and determined to make a name for himself in the business. He makes himself available 24/7 which is important in his position because the average person who works Monday – Friday 9-5 needs a loan officer who is available outside of that time frame.Tim is also very knowledgeable about the business, he was able to answer every question I ever had. From the first time I met Kris Webb I liked him, he was very professional, ethical and courteous. From my initial contact, he pushed forth efforteously to get my husband approved. Every obstacle we hit, he was able to come through with a solution. We had worked previously with another lender and got know where and finally just gave up; what seemed impossible for one lender was not at all for Kris. Abby has been a champion for us for the third time. We will never use or recommend anyone else in this area. She will work hard for you and make sure you get what you deserve. Chris was phenomenal to work with after being denied by two other lenders and having a tight deadline he was able to work miracles for me. He always kept me in the loop on what was going on and told me all news good or bad. He wasn't sure if he would be able to hurt but said he would try his best and went exceedingly above and beyond for me. Our experience with Mr. Webb was great! We were first-time home buyers and had a lot of questions about the process. He was so patient! He always answered our calls, voice messages and emails in such a detailed and clear way that gave us confidence to continue with the process! Jeff and his team are very professional and helpful! They went above & beyond to help us purchase our first home in the time frame we needed. Being a Military family and it being our first home purchase with a VA loan, he explained every detail to us and was very patient in helping us understand the process. I highly recommend them.
