Jeff and his group were absolutely amazing! Jeff met with us and went above and beyond to assure my husband and I got the approval for our Rural Devolpment loan! I would highly recommend him, and if I had to do it all over again I'd go with Jeff and STM in a heartbeat!

Mr. Webb was referred to me by my realtor friend and I am very happy that she introduced me to him. He was great to work with and so was his staff. Anytime I had question he was there to answer my question and if he wasn't available he had his assistant Chelsea contact me and she was wonderful to work with as well. He really went above and beyond to help us purchase our first home. I have already recommended him to some of my friends who are ready to purchase a home.

This was our first home purchase and we had no idea what to expect or where to even begin. Ryan and his assistant were very knowledgable and willing to walk us through everything we needed to do. Our situation was very unique, living in one state and purchasing in another without even seeing the house. Ryan took the time to explain the process from start to finish and kept us up to date on progress. I highly recommend him. He seems like an all around good guy!

We would not hesitate to use Ryan again. He and his wife were extremely response to our needs. He is also very professional and friendly not to mention his knowledge of loans. If you are in the market for any type of loan... call Ryan first. You will not be disappointed.

Our experience with Tim has been nothing short of amazing. He was extremely attentive, helpful, flexible and knowledgeable in all parts of our home buying process.
