We had our new home financed through Southern Trust Mortgage and Scott Eisgrau was more than helpful in guiding us through the process. Being a foreclosed property, we had to go through a lot more paper work than normal. He was patient enough to explain every step and helped us pick the right options that suited our needs. I understand that most people take 5 star reviews with a grain of salt. Well, I assure you that Mr. Lowry will deliver a five star experience. His knowledge, experience, and level of communication are without rival. I was nervous going into this because I was a first time home buyer. Ryan took the time to explain everything and really made the process very simple and easy to understand. On top of all that, he's a nice guy!I am happy that I was referred to Ryan Lowry and will certainly use him again in the future.
