I understand that most people take 5 star reviews with a grain of salt. Well, I assure you that Mr. Lowry will deliver a five star experience. His knowledge, experience, and level of communication are without rival. I was nervous going into this because I was a first time home buyer. Ryan took the time to explain everything and really made the process very simple and easy to understand. On top of all that, he's a nice guy!I am happy that I was referred to Ryan Lowry and will certainly use him again in the future.

Ryan was absolutely perfect for our transaction. We had a lengthy process that was filled with details. He was a fabulous consultant each step of the way and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase. He is friendly, hard working, and incredibly knowledgeable. My wife and I have unusual schedules (both police officers), Ryan was always able to accommodate. If he was busy he'd get back to us within a few hours, never leaving us hanging. He also helped my wife buy her first home about three years ago. Though we hope our home is ours for some time, we'd use Ryan again in an instant for any home buying needs!!

From the first moment I made contact with Ryan at Southern Trust I knew I was in good hands. Ryan was clear from the word go that he had our best interest in mind. All the numbers were as promised, in fact the final numbers were lower than quoted. Ryan and his team were consummate professionals at all times. Ryan is now and forever will be my mortgage guy. Ryan and his team was able to make the impossible happen and a very limited timeframe. The bank only gave us a little over 30 days and Ryan and his team were somehow able to pull it off and get the deal done thanks again to Ryan and his team are making the impossible happen

Very professional and straight-forward guy. He'll give you the truth and wont pull his punches, so you know exactly where you stand. My previous mortgage lender gave me the run around for over 6 months, wouldn't return my calls and was very unprofessional. When I refinanced, I ran it by Ryan and he told me exactly where I stood, and we had the loan secured and settled in a month. Id recommend him to anyone who is looking for a mortgage.
