We were out of state during our preapproval process and Chris accommodated that with online forms that were both quick and easy.Once I responded with the documents, our preapproval came quickly and Chris was efficient and timely in his communication all during the process.While we haven't yet found a home that we would like to purchase, I feel that the benefit of having the preapproval will become apparent once we make an offer.

This was our first attempt at purchasing our new home. Rob Turner and his associates were extremely helpful in getting us through the paperwork process. Any questions or issues that came about were immediately handled by either Rob or his assistant Justin. I couldn't have been more pleased with their service. I would most definitely recommend Rob Turner to other prospective buyers. Thank you so much for all your help!!

Bottom line up front: Dave and his team are the best group of professionals I have dealt with on something as complex as a real estate deal. As I buyer I had ZERO concerns going into the closing thanks to Dave and his team. All of my issues were squared away well in advance and the closing was smooth. I would gladly recommend Dave to anyone searching for a home loan… and if I ever need services like his again, Dave will be the first person I call. You can take that to the bank.
