Our home buying experience with Brian was flawless. He was prompt and accurate and easily reached at any time of day. Brian was very patient and understanding of the frustrations often presented in obtaining a mortgage. Having his knowledge and professionalism helped put us at ease. There were no "surprises" at all. Paul was outstanding in our effort to refinance our home. We had tried several other companies but did not like the person on the phone. We liked Paul from Day 1. Chris took on more than he bargained for with our complex situation. Even though we were not approved, Chris referred us to people who could help us with our quest to improve our credit. We are under pressure to move back to Virginia Beach, and Chris explained why we could not qualify at this time. He was very encouraging and tried his best to make sure we don't give up.

We were out of state during our preapproval process and Chris accommodated that with online forms that were both quick and easy.Once I responded with the documents, our preapproval came quickly and Chris was efficient and timely in his communication all during the process.While we haven't yet found a home that we would like to purchase, I feel that the benefit of having the preapproval will become apparent once we make an offer.

This was our first attempt at purchasing our new home. Rob Turner and his associates were extremely helpful in getting us through the paperwork process. Any questions or issues that came about were immediately handled by either Rob or his assistant Justin. I couldn't have been more pleased with their service. Bottom line up front: Dave and his team are the best group of professionals I have dealt with on something as complex as a real estate deal. As I buyer I had ZERO concerns going into the closing thanks to Dave and his team. All of my issues were squared away well in advance and the closing was smooth. I would gladly recommend Dave to anyone searching for a home loan… and if I ever need services like his again, Dave will be the first person I call. You can take that to the bank.
