I don't write to many reviews but it wouldn't be right to acknowledge the ease Mrs Lindsay made my home purchase. From insuring I got locked in for a great rate to answering my calls and text when questions of mine arose. She is down to business very professional and know her job. I truly believe if you plan on making a purchase seek out Tammy she is Awesome at her job. She is a true professional Thank you Tammy for making my home buying experience a ease.

I had the best experience working with Tammy, she's very knowledgeable and she takes care of business I closed less than a month on my new home and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend southern trust if your looking for a mortgage company and I definitely recommend Tammy she does a outstanding job.

In May of 2013 I returned from a deployment in Afghanistan and immediately received orders to move from Tampa to Maryland with a report date of early July. Justin was both professional and helpful throughout the process of buying our first home. He kept us at the forefront of his thoughts throughout the entire decision making process, and guided us to make decisions that were in our best interest. Paul has processed numerous re-fi's for my wife and I and each time he has kept us informed throughout the entire process and worked hard to ensure we got the best rate available. We were able to not only get cash to upgrade our home, but our mortgage is actually lower! Justin was absolutely a pleasure throughout the whole loan experience! He was so incredibly helpful with any questions I had! He was always easy to get ahold of and if I had to leave a message, he'd return my call very promptly! He kept in constant touch through calls, text, and e-mails, which made communication very easy and responses very prompt! I have purchased 3 houses in my life and by far Justin has been the BEST loan officer I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He basically held my hand right from the start. We put our house on the market and sold it much quicker than expected. We had a month before we had to move out of the house. We found a new house to purchase.
