Justin was absolutely a pleasure throughout the whole loan experience! He was so incredibly helpful with any questions I had! He was always easy to get ahold of and if I had to leave a message, he'd return my call very promptly! He kept in constant touch through calls, text, and e-mails, which made communication very easy and responses very prompt! Back in 2003, I was a first time home buyer with no idea what I was doing and a Realtor friend of mine told me to use Rock Vaughan and he was great! He was always accessible; if he didn't answer right away he called me back quickly. He was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me.
