Mr. Horvath was exceptional and pivotal in getting financing for my home. Not only did he come in late in my home purchasing process... Mr. Horvath delivered. I initially went with Navy Federal to get my financing and with two weeks left before closing Navy Federal pulled out (Long story). Simply put, there is no one else with whom I would rather work. Dave is professional, timely, efficient, and knowledgeable. His relentless pursuit to provide us with a no-cost refinance in under three weeks is a feat many other lenders cannot compete. Brian was incredible to work with on our loan. Since we were still trying to sell our other house and could not use apply this equity towards the new home, Brian constructed 2nd loan options that were understandable and to our best interest.
