Overall, I had a tremendously positive experience with Dave and his staff. I found Dave to me very knowledgeable, experienced, and very willing to answer my questions - - and even answer my questions over and over again if that was what I needed to feel comfortable. I randomly selected Aimee Carr on the internet and emailed her a question on a Sunday morning. I had an answer to my question by Sunday afternoon. I contacted Aimee by phone the following Monday afternoon only to find out she had already done some additional research and preperation on my situation . I immediately decided she was the loan officer for me. With Aimee and her assistant Laura they had secured my loan with in 3 weeks. They kept me fully informed through out the whole process . I never write reviews, but I was compelled to after working with David! It's very rare when a lender exceeds my expectations. David made getting out loan as painless as possible. David was never more than a phone call away and always took the time to make sure we understood everything. He called to check in and was with us through the whole process. He is extremely knowledgeable and very hardworking. He was a dream to work with and we have recommended him to everyone we know! He is awesome!

Based on the recommendation of an old friend in the real estate business, I have worked with Paul on two mortgages; my original 11 years ago and just recently a refinance. He was professional, thorough and responsive on both occasions. He is highly recommended.

I worked with Mr. Horvath to refinance my FHA loan. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the mortgage field. He was very responsive, answered all my questions promptly, and always called me back in a timely way. First, I don't write reviews, let alone take the time to register to a website to write a review, nevertheless, it's worth the time in this case. I'm a real estate investor with a few properties. I needed to refinance out of a hard money loan and tried to with several different mortgage brokers, without success. Neil's patience and knowledgeable assistance throughout the process of obtaining our mortgage was outstanding. Large problems soon became small problems that helped considerably to close this loan on time and within the time frame promised to us when we began the process. He helped us to understand all the details and never once gave us information or that was incorrect or designed to sell the program. In the end we were very glad that we chose him to obtain the loan and would be happy to recommend him to anyone.

Was always available to answer any and all my questions even if they where the same questions over and over. Very knowledgeable when it came to knowing what my best options where & I feel that I received a very good interest rate considering my situation. I would highly recommend (this is actually my second time working with him) him to friends and he will be my first call if I were ever to purchase or refinance in the future.
